Why a CV for this job?

94% of employers say their filters drop qualified candidates whose CV does not match the ad's exact criteria (Harvard Business School, 2021).

  • They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
  • It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
  • In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
  • Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, business analysis, or project management within business or IT environments.
  • Experience supporting business or digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a global and matrix environment
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and project management solutions such as Microsoft Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or equivalent
  • Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
  • Knowledge of business processes within corporate functions is a plus

Preferred qualifications

  • Exposure to HR, Legal, Sustainability & CSR, Communications, EHS, or other corporate function processes
  • Experience working with enterprise business applications and SaaS platforms
  • Project Management, Agile, Scrum, or similar certifications are a plus
  • Experience contributing to global or cross-functional projects

Important to note

We'll look to you for:

  • Supporting the delivery of projects and enhancements across Support Functions domains
  • Coordinating project activities, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of project plans, governance materials, and status reports

  • Supporting requirements gathering, documentation, and business process analysis activities
  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely follow-up of actions and deliverables
  • Contributing to change management, communication, training, and user adoption activities
  • Ensuring compliance with Alstom project governance and delivery standards
  • Supporting portfolio reporting and continuous improvement initiatives across the Corporate Solutions landscape
