Talent Acquisition Partner - 6 month FTC

Description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Instant Impact, you'll own the whole hire. You'll take the brief, find the right people, run the process and close the offer. Our TAPs work inside our clients' businesses as part of their team, not as an outside agency. In this role, you may work with one client or across our partnerships, going where hiring matters most and making sure the right people land in the right seats.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• A proven track record as a recruiter, consistently meeting and exceeding targets
• Strong end-to-end recruitment fundamentals, with the confidence to lead roles from briefing to offer
• The adaptability to switch between clients, industries and role types without losing pace or quality
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with different personalities
• Excellent organisation and follow-through, with high attention to detail
• Comfort with technology and AI tools, and a growing ability to use data to inform recommendations
• In-house, RPO or embedded experience is a plus, particularly if you've worked across more than one client

Talent Acquisition Partner - 6 month FTC

Compensation: R300,000 - R475,000 / year

Delivering across partnerships

• Own and manage a portfolio of roles end to end across multiple client partnerships
• Ramp quickly with each partnership's hiring needs, processes and ways of working
• Use creative sourcing techniques and AI tools to attract and deliver outstanding candidates
• Manage interview and offer stages, spotting risks early to achieve strong conversion rates
• Meet and exceed agreed SLAs and KPIs on every partnership you support

Running a tight process

• Plan and prioritise a varied volume of roles across different clients
• Take control of recruitment processes and proactively manage hiring manager expectations
• Keep the ATS and trackers accurate and up to date, whichever client system you're working in

Building relationships

• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers quickly, adapting your style to each partnership
• Share market and talent insights that help hiring managers make better decisions
• Spot improvements to our clients' TA functions and share learnings across our teams
