Job Description

The project involves the development and maintenance of an application that supports business processes. The team is focused on creating solutions that automate business processes for the Business Banking segment (corporate clients) using the IBM FileNet workflow platform. The sought-after analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, modeling processes, and designing solutions that support the digitization and automation of banking processes.

Must have requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a System Analyst.
  • Experience working with workflow systems.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with REST API.
  • Ability to create UML and BPMN diagrams.
  • Understanding of basic programming and object-oriented design.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Polish (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.

Nice to have requirements:

  • Experience in the banking sector.
  • Knowledge of IBM FileNet.
  • Experience in business process automation.

Main tasks:

  • Work within a self-organizing Scrum team.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements.
  • Design business processes on the workflow platform.
  • Create business and functional documentation.
  • Model processes using UML and BPMN.
  • Decompose requirements into development tasks.
  • Support functional and acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with developers and testers.

Additional Information

Hybrid work model: 2 days from the office, 3 days of home office.

Office location: Warsaw, Poznań, Lublin, Katowice, Łódź or Rzeszów.
