🎯 Votre mission

En tant qu'Expert ToIP, vous serez le référent technique de l'écosystème voix et assurerez le pilotage des projets ainsi que le maintien en conditions opérationnelles des plateformes.

Vos responsabilités

✅ Piloter les projets techniques de bout en bout:

  • Cadrage et conception
  • Coordination des équipes d'ingénierie
  • Suivi des plannings
  • Gestion des risques et dépendances
  • Reporting et gouvernance

✅ Assurer le suivi RUN:

  • Gestion des incidents majeurs
  • Escalades fournisseurs et opérateurs
  • Analyse des causes racines
  • Plans d'actions et amélioration continue
  • Suivi de la qualité de service

✅ Conduire les évolutions techniques:

  • Études d'architecture
  • Déploiements
  • Mises en production
  • Move to Run

✅ Garantir le respect:

  • Des standards d'architecture
  • Des exigences cybersécurité
  • Des processus ITIL
