Assistant Store Manager is an integral part of the store management team by developing the store team and contributing to the successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence that ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction and financial growth. Assumes responsibility for store in the absence of Store Manager.

자격 요건
- 매장 운영 및 판매 목표 달성에 대한 책임감이 있는 자
- 재고 관리 및 매장 운영 전반에 대한 이해도가 있는 자
- 팀원들과 원활한 협업 및 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 자
- 팀 리딩 또는 직원 관리 경험이 있는 자
- 고객 중심의 서비스 마인드를 보유한 자
- 브랜드 가치와 서비스를 고객에게 효과적으로 전달할 수 있는 자
- 동종 업계 3년 이상 근무 경험자 (필수)
- 주말 및 공휴일 포함 스케줄 근무 가능 자 (필수)
우대 사항
- 리바이스 제품 지식 보유자
- 패션·라이프스타일 브랜드 근무 경험자
- 매장 관리 또는 부매니저 경험 보유자
- KPI(매출, UPT, ATV, Conversion Rate 등) 관리 경험자
