Responsabilidades Principales:
- Mantener alta satisfacción del cliente mediante cumplimiento de KPIs y encuestas trimestrales
- Asegurar integración efectiva entre Project Management, Real Estate Management y Facilities Management
- Administrar presupuesto de cuenta y garantizar cumplimiento financiero
- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y expansión con el cliente
- Cumplir con requisitos contractuales, metas de KPI y estándares éticos
- Liderar equipos multiculturales, estableciendo objetivos claros y brindando retroalimentación continua
- Promover cultura de seguridad y eficiencia energética
- Gestionar relación con proveedores externos y terceros
Requisitos:
- Educación: Licenciatura (preferible en Ingeniería o áreas afines)
- Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años en Facility Management
- Idiomas: Inglés avanzado y español (indispensable)
- Habilidades financieras: Conocimiento de presupuestos, P&L y ahorro de costos
- Liderazgo: Capacidad para influir, inspirar y construir equipos de alto rendimiento
- Deseable: Experiencia en manufactura, ambientes de trabajo dinámicos, hospitalidad o MBA

Objetivo del Puesto:
El Bilingual Facilities Lead es responsable de gestionar la relación con el cliente como asesor de confianza, asegurar la excelencia operativa, liderar equipos de alto desempeño y garantizar el cumplimiento contractual en servicios de Facility Management.
