1.参与企业级 数据平台/数据中台/Lakehouse 的架构设计与持续演进；

2.参与 数据治理体系建设（数据标准、元数据、主数据、数据质量、数据血缘）；

3.深入业务场景，将业务需求 转化为数据模型与端到端数据解决方案；

4.推动 Data-AI协同，为AI/LLM应用提供高质量的数据底座与特征工程支持；

职位要求

1.计算机 / 信息系统 / 软件工程 / 数据科学等相关专业 硕士及以上 学历；

2.精通 SQL，具备扎实的数据建模能力（概念/逻辑/物理三层建模）；

3.理解 数据仓库 / 数据湖 / Lakehouse 架构理念及其适用场景；

4.熟悉主流大数据生态：Hadoop / Spark / Flink / Kafka；

5.熟练掌握至少一种编程语言：Python / Java / Scala；
