What You'll Do

✅ Act as a trusted advisor across Modern Work, Identity, and Security solutions.

✅ Lead technical workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities.

✅ Assess Exchange platform health, performance, resiliency, security posture, and operational readiness.

✅ Troubleshoot complex issues using telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis.

✅ Create remediation plans aligned to business and technical priorities.

✅ Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption programs, and service lifecycle activities.

What We're Looking For

✔ 5-10 years of experience in Messaging and Collaboration technologies.

✔ Strong customer-facing or consulting experience.

✔ Excellent communication skills in English.

✔ Proven ability to facilitate workshops and deliver technical guidance.

✔ Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.

✔ Experience collaborating with engineering, delivery, security, and business stakeholders.

✔ Continuous learning mindset and passion for customer success.
