Key Responsibilities

• Support Warranty and Quality transformation initiatives.
• Design and optimize warranty management processes.
• Analyze claims, quality issues, and performance trends.
• Support root cause analysis and quality improvement programs.
• Participate in requirements gathering, process design, and solution implementation.
• Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder discussions.

Qualifications:

• Advanced English.
• University Degree
• 2–5 years (Analyst) or 5–9 years (Consultant) of experience in Warranty, Quality, Aftersales, Service, or Product Quality.
• 10–15 years (Manager) or 15–20 years (Senior Manager) of experience in Warranty, Quality, Aftersales, Service, or Product Quality.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in:Warranty ManagementQuality ManagementProduct QualityAftersales OperationsService Operations
• Knowledge of methodologies such as:CAPA8DRCAFMEALean Six Sigma
