Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. The work environment encourages a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies, fostering collaboration and adaptability to meet evolving business challenges effectively.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead the integration of new technologies to improve system performance and scalability.

- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.

- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the stack.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

- This position is based at our Chennai office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
