Summary:

As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and performance of systems, and adapting features to align with organizational needs. The position requires working with various tools and platforms to maintain compatibility and optimize application functionality, while collaborating with different teams to deliver seamless user experiences and reliable solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.

- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.

- Document configuration changes and maintain accurate records of system modifications.

- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application support tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).

- Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes within packaged or cloud-based environments.

- Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.

- Ability to manage software release cycles and ensure system stability during updates.

- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and performance monitoring tools relevant to enterprise applications.

- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).

- This position is based at our Nagpur office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
