Summary:

As an Application Lead, your day typically involves overseeing the design, development, and configuration of applications, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder requirements. You act as the central liaison for communication between various teams and clients, coordinating efforts to deliver high-quality solutions. Your role includes managing timelines, resolving challenges that arise during the application lifecycle, and facilitating collaboration among team members to maintain project momentum and success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency.

- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.

- Assist in identifying potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Advanced Access Controls.

- Strong knowledge of access control frameworks and security policies within enterprise environments.

- Experience in configuring and managing Oracle security modules to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.

- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to access controls and user permissions.

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Advanced Access Controls.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
