Summary:

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities to create measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment and gathering high-level requirements. The role includes defining effective business solutions and translating organizational needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Supporting transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives is also a key part of daily activities, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions meet organizational goals.

- Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes and operational models.

- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions to ensure sustained business value.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Vendor Invoice Management.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Generative AI.

- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement areas.

- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.

- Experience in developing and documenting business cases to support strategic initiatives.

- Familiarity with change management principles to facilitate smooth implementation of new processes.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management.

- This position is based at our Gurugram office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
