Summary:

As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, a typical day involves providing expert guidance and leadership on critical initiatives throughout the systems development lifecycle. This role requires active involvement in high-impact projects, offering strategic advice and support to enhance the information technology function. The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous engagement with evolving business needs to drive successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the development of junior team members.

- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and effective communication among stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS), SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

- Strong understanding of project management principles and lifecycle methodologies related to SAP environments.

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Experience in integrating SAP Project System with other enterprise modules to optimize workflows.

- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving system issues to maintain operational efficiency.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).

- This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
