Job Description

  • Consultant of the management and key interface to business, first point of contact with GB/LE/RO for all finance issues
  • Interpretation of P&L -Balance Sheet -Cash Flow (networking capital) and supports steering the business to advise GB/LE/RO
  • Quality control at total GB/LE/RO incl. KPI monitoring – monitoring Quality performance with GS management (e.g. Target KPI, Service Delivery, Service specification)
  • Provides trustfully decision relevant information / recommendation to management including evaluation of different scenarios.
  • Support escalation and task forces on local management level
  • Work closely as multifaceted key position driving customer satisfaction locally.
  • Monitors financial target achievement, risks and opportunities.
  • Cooperate with E2E cross functional CIP, drive changes and create value-added service for RGB
  • Other finance accounting local on-site tasks
  • Government Statistical reporting

Qualifications

  • Strategic thinking, deep business insight of company's business model, value drivers
  • Initiative for analytical problem solving and communication, advise for management decision
  • Good experience and knowledge of accounting standards.
  • Has knowledge and understanding of the CIP Standards and tools available
  • Presentation, negotiation and storytelling skills
  • Able to work independently and have an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Has the ability to effectively manage time and prioritize
