Why This Role?
- Agitator Driver based out of our Bundaberg Concrete Plant.
- Hourly rate: $32.61 to $37.90 (depending on experience) + superannuation + overtime.
- Average weekly hours of 50+ with Saturday shifts available.
- Overtime: time and a half after 8 hours, double time after 10 hours.
- Operate modern, well‑maintained trucks featuring advanced safety technology, route mapping, and load tracking.
- Enjoy daily variety and interact with a wide range of people while delivering high-quality products.
- 10-day comprehensive training program for all new starters.

About You
- Hold a valid Heavy Rigid (HR) licence with previous driving experience (preferred but not essential).
- Possess a current Construction White Card or be willing to obtain one prior to starting.
- Strong people skills with a safety-first mindset.
- Pride in your ride – keeping your truck clean and presentable is important.
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
