Why a CV for this job?
- They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
- It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
- In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
- Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.
What you'll do
- Drive the annual Technology strategy and portfolio planning cycle, ensuring alignment with business priorities and investment plans.
- Define and maintain end-to-end Customer, Colleague and Supplier business and technology journeys.
- Own and evolve the enterprise capability model, value streams, operating models and business process architecture.
- Shape major strategic initiatives, providing early architectural guidance and ensuring alignment to long-term business objectives.
- Lead the identification of enterprise-wide business requirements and strategic opportunities.
- Mentor Business Architects, Business Analysts and Solution Architects, promoting best practice across the architecture community.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, process optimisation, efficiency improvements and risk mitigation.
What you'll bring
- 10+ years' experience in Business Analysis and/or Business Architecture delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
- 12+ years' experience working within Technology organisations.
- Strong background in Business Architecture frameworks and methodologies, including TOGAF or equivalent.
- Proven experience in investment planning, business case development, prioritisation and benefits realisation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong systems thinking and design thinking capabilities with the ability to solve complex business challenges.
- Experience influencing senior leaders, driving strategic outcomes and providing leadership across multiple programmes and domains.
