AI Solution Expert (Agentic AI & Business Process Automation)

Job Description

AI Solution Development:

► Design and develop AI agents supporting business processes across Mobility Aftermarket.

► Define scalable and robust AI architecture enabling rapid deployment of new business use cases.

► Translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions and technical implementations.

► Develop reusable deterministic software components that can be leveraged across different business domains.

► Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend their application within Mobility Aftermarket.

Business Collaboration:

► Collaborate with business experts to understand processes, terminology, and decision logic.

► Identify and prioritize new AI use cases with measurable business value.

► Work closely with business stakeholders, data experts, and software developers to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.

Governance and Continuous Improvement:

► Ensure AI solutions follow Bosch governance, compliance, and data security requirements.

► Support continuous improvement of existing and future AI solutions

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

► University degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

► Relevant experience in AI/ML solution development, Data Analytics, and Python Development.

► Prior experience translating business requirements into technical AI solutions is considered an advantage.

Technical Skills & Systems:

► AI Architecture Design, Agentic AI, Software Architecture, Solution Design, and Ontology Design.

► Strong experience with object-oriented software development, scalable software design, Python development, and modern AI frameworks.

► Strong understanding of APIs (API Integration), databases, and cloud-based AI services.

► Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and Agentic AI concepts, alongside experience working with structured and unstructured data.

► Experience with Graph Databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI workflow orchestration is considered an advantage.

Business Capabilities:

► Ability to quickly understand complex business processes and perform business process modelling.

► Proven ability to translate business terminology into scalable AI solutions.

► Strong analytical, conceptual, and solution-oriented thinking.

Personal Traits:

► Curiosity, passion for emerging AI technologies, and a continuous learning mindset.

► Strong communication skills with the ability to work in cross-functional international teams.
