About the Role

We’re seeking a confident, capable, and collaborative Senior Business Analyst who has active Security Clearance with strong Agile experience and a track record of mentoring others. You’ll be a self-starter who can hit the ground running while building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Active Security Clearance
  • 5+ years in business analysis roles with strong Agile delivery experience
  • Proven experience coaching and mentoring junior team members
  • Hands-on delivery within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
  • Ability to lead workshops and drive prioritisation with business and technical teams
  • Strong documentation skills across process mapping, requirements, and user stories
  • Understanding of AI, automation, or emerging technologies and their application to business problems.
  • Comfortable delivering under pressure in dynamic environments
  • Experience with both business and system-level analysis
  • Familiarity with change impact assessment and adoption planning
