About the role

Job Summary

Provides spare parts quotations to distributors, agents and end-customers. Enter Spare Part Orders into SAP. Maintain Spare Part Quotation log. Promote Sulzer's value-added products and services

· Responsible for communicating with customers by email, phone or in person.

· Promote spare parts agreements with end-users in cooperation with Account Managers.

· Create quotations for spare parts.

· Compile, sort and verify accuracy of order to be entered, keep records of work completed.

· Receive and enters orders for spare parts.

· Track the status of spare parts orders and expedites as necessary. Look after partial shipments.

· Address complaints concerning billing and/or services.

· Direct information concerning customer dissatisfaction to the designated department for

investigation.

· Accurately calculate discounts, interest and commissions.

· Travel for customer visits. < 20%

· Update reference data base for installed pumps.

· Take care of sending original documents for all spare parts orders.

· Follow quality procedures according to ISO 9001.
