Why a CV for this job?

94% of employers say their filters drop qualified candidates whose CV does not match the ad's exact criteria (Harvard Business School, 2021).

  • They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
  • It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
  • In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
  • Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.

Organizational Change Manager

The Opportunity:

Whether it’s process improvement, performance measurement, or business management analysis, organizational change management comes down to one thing: learning how an organization works and making it better. Although many companies know where they want to go, getting there can be a challenge. Thankfully, that’s what you do: improve the systems that move entire organizations forward. It’s why we’re looking for someone like you—an Organizational Change Manager who can help identify long-term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them.

This is an opportunity to create efficiency. On the Identity Credential & Access Management services (ICAM) team, you’ll use your expertise to evaluate current ICAM processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to streamline operations. This role offers a unique chance to directly contribute to national security by enhancing the efficiency of critical Defense Intelligence Agency operations.

Work with us as we lead change in government. This is a highly client-centric role; you will interface with stakeholders and collaborate with ICAM workstream leads and developers. You will be integral to delivering change and improved client outcomes.

Join us. The world can’t wait.

  • Experience working on teams using Scrum or Agile methodologies
  • Experience with process improvement through the development or streamlining of complex workflows
  • Experience assessing and translating organizational challenges or risk factors into actionable recommendations for key stakeholders
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with DoD or DIA mission systems
  • Experience with development teams working across multiple operational environments and enclaves
