Why a CV for this job?

94% of employers say their filters drop qualified candidates whose CV does not match the ad's exact criteria (Harvard Business School, 2021).

  • They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
  • It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
  • In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
  • Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.

JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way.

Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong. Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate vendors and service partners — build positive working relationships, schedule activity (including occasional out-of-hours coordination), review documentation, and help ensure everyone on site is set up for success and ready to work safely.
  • Champion safety and wellbeing — support a culture of care by participating in regular site checks, encouraging proactive safety habits across teams, and responding calmly and effectively when issues arise.
  • Help keep systems running — coordinate troubleshooting and repairs for building systems like HVAC, lighting, and mechanical equipment. You'll learn to spot issues early and work with specialists to resolve them. Technical knowledge is helpful but can be developed on the job.
  • Manage daily operations — handle service requests from logging through completion, coordinate office supplies and maintenance tracking, conduct regular site walks, and solve problems before they grow.
  • Provide flexible support — step in across various duties including reception, facilities management backup, and other operational needs to ensure seamless service.
  • Deliver exceptional client and stakeholder service — be the trusted point of contact, build relationships with key partners and the landlord, handle escalations with care, and identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency.
  • Support finance and record-keeping — process purchase orders, track budgets, approve quotations within your authority, and maintain organized documentation.
  • Contribute to resilience planning — help maintain business continuity plans, support risk management activities, and follow incident protocols.
  • Language: Fluency in Polish and English is required.

What we're looking for:

  • A people-first approach — you're welcoming, approachable, and genuinely care about creating a safe, positive environment for everyone on site.
  • Coordination and organizational skills — you can juggle multiple priorities, keep details organized, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Problem-solving mindset — when challenges arise, you stay calm, ask good questions, and work toward practical solutions.
  • Willingness to learn — some familiarity with building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical) is a bonus, but we value curiosity and the ability to learn quickly just as much. Technical expertise can be built over time.
  • Adaptability and flexibility — you're comfortable shifting between tasks (operations, reception, coordination) as the day demands and embrace change with a positive attitude.
  • Clear communication — you can explain things clearly in writing and conversation, keeping stakeholders informed and documentation accurate.
  • Comfort with technology — familiarity with facilities management tools like Service Now, Corrigo etc. is helpful, but the most important thing is a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Self-motivation and initiative — you take ownership, spot opportunities to improve, and don't wait to be told what to do.
