The Transition Management team sits within the CIB organization under Market Operations. It is a globally distributed team, and from our Buenos Aires we cover U.S. and Latin America markets. The team is dedicated to coordinating the onboarding of new entities that will trade with JPMorganChase. This coordination involves multiple groups, including KYC, Credit, Legal, Operational Setups, Regulatory, among others. The team’s primary objective is to deliver an onboarding process that is smooth, fast, standardized, and straightforward, while ensuring an excellent client experience throughout the onboarding lifecycle
