Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Generates new business opportunities by engaging with existing and prospective clients for mobile water services; identifies market potential, qualifies leads, and develops territory coverage strategies to maximize market penetration and rental/service pipeline for mobile water treatment solutions.
- Conducts site visits and technical assessments to understand temporary water treatment requirements, emergency needs, and operational challenges; works closely with clients and internal technical teams to define suitable mobile water solutions.
- Prepares comprehensive commercial strategies for the assigned territory in coordination with Proposals, Engineering, and Technical departments; ensures alignment with Water Tech mobile water service standards and client operational requirements.
- Reviews and validates proposals with the team before submission; conducts follow-up meetings with clients, negotiates terms and conditions, and adapts proposals to meet changing project requirements; ensures alignment with scope, budget, and service deliverables.
- Builds and maintains strong long-term relationships with key accounts; acts as the primary point of contact for mobile water service clients; ensures timely response to inquiries, proactive operational support, and effective issue resolution throughout the service duration.
- Introduce the mobile water solutions to the potential customers , and develop the mobile business for the assigned territory.
- Negotiates contracts and payment schedules, ensuring full compliance with company policies, operational safety standards, and commercial governance rules.
Qualifications
Qualifications: Chemical Engineer / Chemist / Mechanical Engineer / Water Treatment Background
Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience in water treatment.
QHSE Commitments:
- Implementing the QHSE policies and ISO Procedures.
- Follow the always safe rules and coach your colleagues on the same
- Follow the road traffic rules while driving to and from home to work (fasten seat belt, maintain speed limits, never use mobile / eat/drink/smoke while driving, drive in a fit condition).
- Being responsible towards Veolia’s specific sustainable development commitments.
- Ensure to read the safety moments / Alerts / other information shared by the HSE Team.
- Before visiting any site, factory, and/or warehouse, make sure to inform the safety team to get the right induction and prepare LMRA and the needed PPE.
- Always maintain office safety such as keeping your files/papers in the correct place, keeping the drawers closed after use, arranging the electrical cables secured to avoid slips & trips, reporting any lost connections or damaged electrical components, and ensuring your office is clean and tidy
- Report to HR/HSE if you are facing stress, fatigue, any form of harassment, or bullying at the workplace.
