Job Description

This position will support EHS (Environment, Health and Safety Department) team with these following duties:

  • Coordinate to arrange logistics of training classes as legal requirements
  • Supporting in general administrative activities, such as design and issue team brochures, stamps, labels, and instructions
  • Contribute to carrying out entry and exit processes
  • Make daily and monthly report for access control
  • Co-ordinate and support for team meetings, training
  • Assist associates in taking general actions/tasks

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate student majored in Labor and Safety /Environment / Technical are preferred or other majors
  • Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory)
  • Commitment: full-time or at least 4 days/week
  • Good at MS office (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Capable of communicating in English (both verbal and non-verbal)
  • Willing-to-learn attitude
  • Reliable, careful, pro-active, high-disciplined
  • Non-experience is accepted
