Responsibilities‌：

  • 负责雷达/摄像头/域控等产品里场景分析、行为预测、行为规划模块的开发：
  • 涵盖道路模型融合、交通参与者行为预测、自车行为决策规划等模块的开发
  • 相关模块和系统的性能KPI评估，问题分析和优化
  • 支持相关工具的搭建、开发：
  • 包括可视化分析工具，KPI评估工具和仿真工具

Qualifications

  • 学历与专业‌：
  • 硕士及以上学历‌，自动化/电子工程/计算机/车辆工程/数学/物理等专业‌。
  • 技术能力‌：
  • 掌握车道模型融合、行为预测，轨迹规划等相关算法（例如卡尔曼滤波，贝叶斯滤波，高斯，隐马尔可夫，RNN，LSTM、博弈规划、碰撞检测等算法）
  • 精通C++，熟悉Python/Matlab
  • 熟悉AUTOSAR架构及嵌入式开发
  • 具备ADAS量产项目开发交付经验，熟悉L2/L2++的功能链路，熟悉ISO 26262等功能安全流程
  • 具备端到端AEX项目经验优先考虑
  • 软性要求‌：
  • 英语流利，可以进行技术文档撰写与会议沟通
  • 灵活高效，积极主动，责任心强，善于解决问题和协作沟通
  • 具备较好的文档/复盘的习惯
