Why a CV for this job?

94% of employers say their filters drop qualified candidates whose CV does not match the ad's exact criteria (Harvard Business School, 2021).

  • They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
  • It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
  • In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
  • Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Paid Media Manager to lead the strategy, performance, and evolution of paid media across Gallagher Security. Building on a strong foundation, you'll shape how we invest, engage priority audiences, and use paid media to drive awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth across global markets.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, you'll own the paid media function end to end, from strategic planning and campaign development through to agency management, optimisation, budget ownership, and performance reporting. Working closely with marketing, sales, and regional teams, you'll ensure paid media delivers measurable business impact at every stage of the customer journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own and evolve the global paid media strategy across channels, platforms and regions, identifying where to invest, test and optimise.
  • Develop master campaign briefs and account-based marketing approaches aligned to business priorities, buyer needs and priority accounts.
  • Lead the media agency relationship, ensuring campaigns launch effectively, spend remains on track and performance expectations are met.
  • Use funnel and conversion data to improve performance, shift investment and strengthen lead progression from MQL to SQL.
  • Partner with digital, brand, creative, product and regional teams to align paid activity with buyer journeys, attribution and future personalisation capability.
