Role Purpose
Responsible for operational activities in the area of civil engineering/ technical due diligence (TDD) projects, efficient operations, cost optimization, and alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure efficient delivery of technical and operational services
Manage day-to-day operations related to buildings and TDDs
Plan and optimize operational and capital expenditures (OPEX/ CAPEX)
Manage external vendors and service providers
Identify and implement process improvements
Support business decision-making through analysis and reporting
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental requirements
Requirements
University degree (civil engineering)
Proven experience in facility management and operations
Project and change management skills
Analytical and organizational abilities
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in English
