Job Description

  • 根据空调产品的需求，开发压缩机、水泵和风扇电机的变频驱动器
  • 配合HVAC产品控制系统设计规划、进行可靠性设计、新技术研究及应用等。
  • 变频驱动器及主控硬件电路设计、仿真、元器件选型、原理图绘制、PCB layout，设计和制造及问题解决。
  • 变频驱动器验证及支持主控验证（计划、测试、报告）。
  • 熟悉电磁兼容法规要求，设计准则。
  • 跨区域，跨文化、跨部门合作开发的日常沟通

SKILLS:

  • 熟悉逆变器、有源功率因数校正、功率器件（IGBT IPM、PIM）和开关电源的原理。
  • 熟练掌握一个或多个 PCB 开发工具（Mentor Graphic preferred ）。
  • 熟悉仿真工具，例如 Ansys、Spice、 Simproler。
  • 熟练使用硬件开发的工具 ，如示波器、multimeter、EMC test related。
  • 具有 EMC 问题分析和解决能力， FTA解决问题理念。
  • 熟悉 CCC、CE、UL\cUL 等认证对硬件设计的要求。
  • 流利的英语听说读写能力（preferred）。

EDUCATION BACKGROUND:

  • 本科及以上学历，电力电子、自动化、电机控制等专业

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5年以上逆变器相关硬件产品设计经验，有空调压缩机和风扇驱动器设计经验者优先。
