Why a CV for this job?

94% of employers say their filters drop qualified candidates whose CV does not match the ad's exact criteria (Harvard Business School, 2021).

  • They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
  • It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
  • In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
  • Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.

About the Role

Are you an engineer at the beginning of your career who wants to build expertise in quality within an international manufacturing environment?

As a Junior Quality Engineer, you will work closely with the Quality Manager and collaborate with colleagues across manufacturing, engineering, and other functions. You will help ensure that our products meet customer requirements and applicable quality standards, while gaining practical experience in quality planning, technical documentation, problem-solving, and customer communication.

This is an opportunity to develop your skills in a technically demanding environment, working with industrial products and quality requirements relevant to sectors such as oil and gas, energy, and pressure equipment.

What You Will Do

  • Review customer specifications, technical requirements, and project documentation to identify applicable quality requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality Control Plans (QCPs).
  • Support the investigation and resolution of internal and customer quality issues, including non-conformances and customer complaints.
  • Work with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain colleagues to identify root causes and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Respond to customer questions related to quality and help coordinate the information and documentation they need.
  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001.
  • Help prepare documentation for customer audits, external inspections, and product certifications.
  • Contribute to maintaining compliance with relevant standards and requirements, including PED, ASME, and ISO 3834.

What We Are Looking For

  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Approximately 1–5 years of experience in quality, quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing engineering, or a similar technical role. We are open to junior candidates who are ready to develop their expertise.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
  • Experience in industries such as oil and gas, energy, pressure equipment, filtration, heavy fabrication, or welded products is highly relevant.
  • An understanding of technical drawings, manufacturing processes, and quality documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of quality management principles and standards, particularly ISO 9001.
  • Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken, as English is used extensively in daily work. PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV IN ENGLISH.
  • A structured and analytical approach, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with different teams.
  • Knowledge of welding processes, pressure equipment requirements, ITPs, QCPs, or standards such as PED 2014/68/EU, ASME Section VIII/IX, and ISO 3834 would be an advantage, but we do not expect a junior candidate to know everything from day one.
