Job Description
- Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
- Support the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Help coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to the project team.
- Conduct research and gather data to support project initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and communication.
- Participate in problem-solving and brainstorming sessions to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Able to communicate both written & verbal in English
- Okay with Hybrid working location; Jakarta & Cikarang office

- Full-time paid internship
- For January-June 2027 period
