Process Engineering Technician (x2)
Pragmatic Semiconductor · Durham, United Kingdom · full time · On site · today
Why a CV for this job?
- They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
- It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
- In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
- Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.
Overview
As part of our production ramp-up, we have two newly-created opportunities at Pragmatic Semiconductor in our Operations group. Based in Durham, working on a continental shift pattern and reporting to the Senior Process Engineer, these roles will form a critical part of our Production/Process Engineering team.
You will provide key support through assisting with Process Checks, resolving processing problems and aiding the improvement of stability and quality in our production lines. You will help to maintain a high process up-time against high Cp /CpK scores through appropriate diagnosis and resolution of process line issues.
We are looking for candidates with a proactive approach to fault-finding and the ability to immerse themselves in technical problem-solving (ideally with experience from a high-volume manufacturing environment) as well as the ability to work effectively with different teams across the business.
These are excellent opportunities to make a key impact on the production process, with genuine career progression and development offered to support your growth at Pragmatic.
