Groundworks Foreman

Link-Force Ltd is seeking an experienced Groundworker Foreman to join a busy construction site in Dublin 8. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing groundworks activities, including strip foundations and trenching, ensuring all tasks are completed to high standards of safety and quality. You will lead and coordinate site crews, supervise daily operations, and maintain a safe working environment throughout the project duration. This role requires a proactive approach, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of groundworks procedures and site management.

• Valid Safepass and manual handling certification
• SSSP or equivalent supervisor safety qualification
• Proven experience in overseeing strip foundations, trenching, and groundworks operations
• Comprehensive understanding of groundworks and site safety standards
• Ability to supervise and coordinate site personnel effectively
• Strong organisational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
