Renewals Representative
Sophos · Dallas, United States · Fixed-Term · Hybrid · September 28, 2026
Why a CV for this job?
- They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
- It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
- In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
- Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.
Role Summary
The Renewals Representative is a quota-carrying overlay sales role, responsible for partnering with a small number of Account Managers/Executives to jointly achieve overall renewal and expansion sales targets. The Renewals Rep will focus on reaching renewal rate, renewal ACV and renewal billings targets in a prescribed territory, while supporting and enabling expansion motions in partnership with the AM/AE. As customers have acquired Sophos solutions, it is necessary that we continue to ensure those customers realize the value expected from their purchase and renew and ideally expand that business relationship together. The Renewals Rep will be responsible for managing the pipeline of renewals opportunities that are not already being driven by their AM/AE partners in a prescribed territory.
