What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and develop plant and operations teams to achieve safety, quality, service, and performance objectives.
- Drive operational excellence across multiple ready-mix concrete locations through effective planning, resource management, and execution.
- Partner with sales, dispatch, and operational leaders to optimize customer service and strengthen market performance.
- Champion a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
- Monitor key business metrics and implement strategies that improve productivity, profitability, and operational efficiency.

- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing operational teams across multiple locations.
- Strong business acumen with the capability to drive operational performance, manage budgets, and achieve business objectives.
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with employees, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills in a fast-paced operating environment.

- Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900 annually and participation in our annual incentive plan.

Work Environment
- Primarily work in ready-mix concrete plant and office environments with frequent travel between locations.
- Regular interaction with employees, customers, vendors, and operational leaders.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions, moving equipment, noise, dust, and other typical industrial environments.
- Must be able to visit operational sites and safely navigate active production and construction environments.
