Why a CV for this job?

94% of employers say their filters drop qualified candidates whose CV does not match the ad's exact criteria (Harvard Business School, 2021).

  • They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
  • It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
  • In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
  • Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Performing automation basic engineering activities for projects or programs
  • Defining architectures for automation and control-command systems

  • Participating in the Change & Configuration process, including managing automation configuration lists
  • Contributing to Return of Experience (REX) activities

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in Automation Systems Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in automation systems (preferably in railway transportation)
  • Experience in test and commissioning or troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of electrical installation (high voltage, medium voltage, and low voltage)
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic and/or French is a plus
  • Autonomy, motivation, initiative, and a passion for technical topics

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
