Job summary:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Facilities Technician – Electical located in Aguascalientes.
Reporting to the Facilities Engineer, Ensure the availability and reliability of the plant's electrical systems by carrying out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Technical degree in Electricity, Electromechanics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Experience in the installation and maintenance of electrical panels.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
- Proficiency in using multimeters, megohmmeters (meggers), and diagnostic equipment.
- Knowledge of low-voltage distribution systems.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
What a typical day looks like:
- Perform maintenance on industrial electrical equipment.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in distribution systems.
- Conduct thermographic inspections and preventive analyses.
- Operate and maintain medium- and low-voltage electrical panels.
- Perform electrical testing on transformers, circuit breakers, and motors.
- Maintain industrial and emergency lighting systems.
- Perform maintenance on load centers and electrical panels.
- Interpret single-line and control diagrams.
- Respond to electrical emergencies at the plant.
- Participate in improvement and energy-saving projects.
- Comply with LOTO and electrical safety procedures.
- Generate technical reports and close out work orders.
