Why a CV for this job?

94% of employers say their filters drop qualified candidates whose CV does not match the ad's exact criteria (Harvard Business School, 2021).

  • They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
  • It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
  • In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
  • Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.

Who are we looking for?

  • 5 or more years of experience in industrial automation, PLC and robot programming.
  • Key competencies and expected behaviors: Results orientations, project leadership, analytical thinking, effective communication in interdisciplinary teams
  • Ensure the operational availability of robots in the Plant
  • Ensure a successful start-up of new projects involving robot automation.
  • Manage the transfer of knowledge in robot maintenance and operation to maintenance personnel.

Main Objective:

Ensure the availability, reliability, safety, and performance of the plant's robotic systems and AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) through maintenance management, continuous process optimization, development and implementation of automation solutions, technical administration of software and documentation, staff training, and specialized support to operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

What challenges will you have?

  • Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Implements software and hardware improvements on robots to reduce cycle time, eliminate waste, and increase quality, safety, and efficiency (OEE), using data analysis tools and structured methodologies (PDCA, 5 Whys, data analysis). Ensures that improvements do not compromise quality or safety.
  • Project Integration and Management: Participates in and/or leads automation projects through robots, creating and/or optimizing programs, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety and quality standards, and proper release to production.
  • Second-Level Technical Support for Troubleshooting: Diagnoses and resolves faults and/or recurring issues in robotic systems, ensuring rapid equipment recovery. Provides specialized support to maintenance and production through structured failure analysis, root cause identification, and definition of effective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Monitoring of Maintenance Indicators: Monitors the plant's main maintenance indicators (DT, MTTR, MTBF), analyzing trends and deviations to identify root causes. Proposes and implements actions in conjunction with the involved areas to ensure operational stability, eliminate recurring failures, and promote continuous improvement of data drive.

Technical Knowledge

  • Knowledge of ISO 10218 & 15066 safety standards for industrial machines and robots
  • Knowledge of industrial networks and programming standards
  • Verifiable experience in the operation, maintenance and programming of KUKA and/or Staubli robots
