Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• You will get the opportunity to engage in sales and business development to build out your network
• You will be able to create as well as maintain business records within our global database to ensure customers’ information are correctly captured
• You will achieve the ability to understand the end to end recruitment process, and deliver a world class service to both our clients and candidates
• You will learn how to negotiate pay and salary rates, as well as employment offers between candidates and clients
• You will learn how to promote yourself and your service offerings through various channels in a proactive and professional manner

Requirements:

• Passion and willingness to learn the relevant market or sector that you will be recruiting for
• Strong IT skills for use in relevant applications (you will be given training)
• Effective communication skills (Our internal business language is English)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a sales or customer-led environment is an advantage
