Technical Customer Compliance Specialist
Driscoll's · Maidstone, United Kingdom · full time · On site · yesterday
Why a CV for this job?
- They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
- It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
- In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
- Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.

Candidate Profile
As Technical Customer Compliance Specialist EMEA, you will help ensure that our operations, systems and grower network continue to meet customer, industry and regulatory requirements.
You will manage customer compliance information, maintain quality management systems and support both internal and external audits. You will also visit UK grower sites to assess compliance with customer standards, social requirements and company policies.
This is a varied role combining compliance, auditing, stakeholder communication and continuous improvement. You will work closely with colleagues across different departments, growers and external partners.
About you
You are proactive, organised and have strong attention to detail. You are comfortable working in an environment where standards are high, priorities can change and clear communication is key.
What does your working day look like?
No two days will be exactly the same. One day you may be reviewing customer requirements, updating a customer portal or working with internal teams to improve quality documentation. On another, you could be visiting a UK grower to conduct a compliance assessment and follow up on corrective actions.
You will also monitor relevant industry developments, including BRCGS updates, and make sure important changes are communicated across the organisation.
