Why a CV for this job?

94% of employers say their filters drop qualified candidates whose CV does not match the ad's exact criteria (Harvard Business School, 2021).

  • They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
  • It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
  • In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
  • Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.

Architect the services behind mission-critical C4I capabilities. You'll shape how we turn a robust, commercial-off-the-shelf product into real operational value – acting as a trusted advisor across our international service delivery teams

The job

As Senior Solution Architect, you'll help customers achieve their desired outcomes through standardised service offerings. You'll drive the implementation of our service development strategy and business model, ensuring both commercial success and customer value.

Leveraging our products and global best practices, you'll develop solutions that enhance customer capabilities across their organisations, processes, technology and competences. Your key responsibilities:

Designing service offerings for C4I capabilities that drive customer value and operational effectiveness

Advising customers on designing and deploying our systems, and defining business and technical requirements together with them

Creating and maintaining roadmap items that guide the evolution and commercial success of our service offerings

Advising and inspiring our global constellations to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across customer engagements

You'll also help adapt military delivery models and standards, develop service descriptions and supporting materials, and contribute to both pre-sales and post-sales activities.

For this role, you should expect occasional business travel of 10-40 days a year, typically in short trips lasting 2-4 days.

Joining the team

You'll report to Marie Lunde Jørgensen, Manager Defence Service Development and work out of our head office in Aarhus or Copenhagen, Denmark. The team brings together expertise in product portfolio management, solution architecture, military domain knowledge, system engineering and business analytics.

The team works strategically to define service concepts, develop business models and shape offerings in close collaboration with global stakeholders across Systematic, while also engaging broadly across the organisation to ensure alignment and drive success.

Your qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect within IT systems, product development and bespoke integrations

A relevant technical bachelor's or master's degree

Strong expertise in deploying large-scale, complex IT solutions, including cloud, containers and on-premises infrastructure

Sound understanding of microservices and enterprise architecture principles

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a talent for advising and influencing with impact

A structured, detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving in dynamic environments

Experience in technical or end-user training to support effective knowledge transfer

It would also be an advantage if you bring:

Familiarity with military IT systems, networks or architecture frameworks, such as NAF, DoDAF or TOGAF
