Link-Force Ltd is currently recruiting reliable and dedicated Strikers for a construction site in Loughborough. The successful candidates will be responsible for aiding the smooth operation of the site by performing general labour tasks, assisting with material movement, and supporting the construction team to ensure project deadlines are met. This role requires individuals who are able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, maintaining health and safety standards at all times.
- Must possess a valid CSCS card
- Previous experience working as a Striker or in a similar role on construction sites
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- Good understanding of health and safety protocols on site
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
