Why a CV for this job?

94% of employers say their filters drop qualified candidates whose CV does not match the ad's exact criteria (Harvard Business School, 2021).

  • They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
  • It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
  • In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
  • Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.

About the Job You’re Considering

As AI reshapes how organizations operate, compete, and create value, we are evolving our consulting model to be AI-enabled by design, augmenting human judgment with analytics, automation, and generative AI. Our teams are looking for professionals who are not only strong problem solvers, but who are excited to work differently in an AI-first world: curious, adaptable, and ready to help clients reimagine how products, services, and experiences are designed.

Joining frog means becoming part of “the pond,” a global network of studios whose people are curious, collaborative, and courageous, united by a passion for improving the human experience through design. At our San Francisco and New York studios, you will work alongside designers, strategists, technologists, and researchers to solve complex challenges and create innovative, sustainable solutions that move markets and connect with people.

As part of Capgemini Invent, frog combines diverse skills across design, strategy, technology, and data to unleash growth, build superior experiences, and create lasting impact at scale. Our culture prizes craft, curiosity, community, performance, and outcomes, providing the freedom to make a meaningful contribution through client work, within the studio, and across the broader design community.

Your Role

As a Senior Interaction Designer at frog, you will shape digital products and services from early-stage concepts through detailed design and implementation. You will bring a broad skill set across interaction, service, and visual design to develop holistic, human-centered solutions for clients across a range of industries. You will apply strategic thinking and design craft throughout the design process, moving between divergent exploration and convergent decision-making while using AI as a working partner. As a senior individual contributor, you will also mentor junior designers, contribute to frog’s global design community, lead client conversations within your domain, and help guide critical design decisions.

Depending on the engagement, you may lead small project teams and contribute to business development through proposal development and client pitches.

Key responsibilities include:

Define opportunity areas and experience requirements based on a deep understanding of users’ needs, business objectives, constraints, and market context.

Adapt design approaches, methods, and levels of rigor to fit the needs of each client, project, industry, and delivery environment.

Lead client workshops and cross-disciplinary analysis to align stakeholders, deepen user understanding, and identify meaningful design opportunities.

Shape high-quality digital product and experience concepts in collaboration with strategy, research, technology, and other design partners.

Plan, conduct, and synthesize research, testing, and piloting activities with service users, providers, clients, and subject-matter experts.

Design wireframes, screens, interaction patterns, and prototypes, carrying defined experiences through detailed design across multiple service or product components.

Work effectively within established visual systems while ensuring consistency, usability, accessibility, and attention to design detail.

Use AI tools across research synthesis, ideation, concept development, testing, and prototyping, applying human judgment to evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs.

Communicate the story, rationale, and value of the work through compelling presentations, design narratives, and client recommendations.

Document product and service requirements, design specifications, interaction behaviors, and implementation guidelines.

Mentor and guide junior colleagues, contribute to frog’s design community of practice, and support the continued advancement of interaction-design craft.

Lead client conversations within the interaction-design domain and provide articulate, evidence-based recommendations that guide client decisions.

Contribute to proposal writing, pitches, and other business-development activities when required.
