Qualifications

Profil & Expérience:

  • 3 à 4 ans minimum d’expérience sur les produits Jira et Confluence (on‑premise / Data Center)
  • Expérience confirmée en support N2/N3
  • Pratique avérée des montées de version Jira et Confluence

Missions

  • Assurer le support N2/N3 sur Jira et Confluence (on‑premise / Data Center)
  • Administrer les plateformes (projets, espaces, workflows, permissions)
  • Installer, configurer et maintenir les plugins
  • Réaliser les upgrades Jira et Confluence (préparation, tests, exécution, rollback)
  • Garantir la performance, la disponibilité et la sécurité des outils
  • Rédiger la documentation technique et procédures
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue de la plateforme

Compétences techniques

  • Administration avancée des plateformes Jira et Confluence en environnements on‑premise et Data Center
  • Maîtrise de l’exploitation sous Linux et MySQL
  • Solide capacité d’analyse des logs, diagnostic et résolution d’incidents complexes
  • Mise en œuvre de scripts d’automatisation et de personnalisation via Groovy/ScriptRunner
