Contexte

Inetum Offshore Maroc renforce ses équipes et recherche un Team Leader avec un solide background en infrastructure et systèmes Linux, capable de piloter une équipe technique et d’assurer la fiabilité des environnements IT.

Missions principales

  • Encadrer et animer une équipe d’ingénieurs systèmes et infra.
  • Assurer la gestion et la supervision des environnements Linux (installation, configuration, administration, optimisation).
  • Garantir la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité des systèmes.
  • Piloter les projets d’évolution et de migration d’infrastructures.
  • Mettre en place et suivre les procédures d’exploitation et de monitoring.
  • Assurer le reporting régulier auprès du management et proposer des axes d’amélioration.
  • Veiller au respect des bonnes pratiques ITIL et des standards de sécurité.

Qualifications

Profil recherché

  • Expérience : Minimum 5 ans en administration systèmes et infrastructures, dont au moins 2 ans en rôle de coordination/leadership.
  • Compétences techniques :Administration Linux (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu).Virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).Outils de monitoring (Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus).Sécurité des systèmes et gestion des accès.Automatisation (Shell scripting, Ansible, Puppet).
  • Soft skills : Leadership, communication claire, capacité à gérer les priorités et à accompagner la montée en compétences de l’équipe.
