Buscamos Salesforce Architects Senior que se unan a nuestro equipo. Este rol incluye:

  • Definir la visión técnica global de los programas Salesforce.
  • Liderar el Architecture Review Board (ARB).
  • Tomar decisiones estratégicas Make-vs-Buy.
  • Diseñar la estrategia de escalabilidad y resiliencia.
  • Establecer el gobierno de datos a nivel organizacional.
  • Elaborar el roadmap técnico a 3 años.
  • Comunicarse y colaborar con las partes interesadas en diferentes departamentos y proveedores de tecnología cuando lo requiera el proyecto.

Requisitos

  • +7 años de experiencia en Salesforce (4 o más como Arquitecto en proyectos complejos).
  • Certificación CTA (deseable) o System Architect + Application Architect.
  • Liderazgo de programas Salesforce en LATAM.
  • Dominios CTA Board.
  • Frameworks de arquitectura empresarial (TOGAF/Zachman).
  • Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure).
  • Einstein AI aplicado al sector seguros.
  • Estrategia API-first y FinOps.
  • Se valorarán conocimientos de idiomas.
