  • Expertise technique & opérationsAdministration avancée AD (DNS, GPO, schéma, délégations, Tiering Model, Zero Trust).Gestion du cycle de vie AD (upgrade DC, migration, durcissement, audits, remédiations).Traitement incidents complexes AD/Entra ID, diagnostic logs, plans d’action.Gestion du DRP AD (MCO/MCS, optimisation RTO).Sécurisation proactive et gestion obsolescence DC.
  • Automatisation & scriptingDéveloppement et maintenance de scripts PowerShell avancés.Automatisation, réduction dette technique, contrôles récurrents.Application des modèles de privilèges (Tiering, Enterprise Access Model).
  • Pilotage & coordinationAlignement avec stratégie AD/IAM/Cyber.Structuration backlog, roadmaps, priorisation des actions.Coordination transverse avec équipes projets et sécurité.

Qualifications

  • Techniques : Active Directory, DNS, DFS, GPO, architectures AD multi‑sites, FSMO, sécurisation.
  • Cloud/Hybrid : Entra ID, Entra ID Connect, API, RBAC, Admin Units.
  • Sécurité : Zero Trust, Tiering Model, Enterprise Access Model.
  • Automatisation : PowerShell (scripts avancés, modules).
  • Fédération (appréciée) : LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, OIDC.
  • Soft skills : communication claire, vulgarisation, pilotage transverse, autonomie, rigueur.
  • Langues : Français + Anglais.
