Qualifications

  • Solide maîtrise de SCCM
  • Bonne connaissance des environnements Windows Server / Windows 11
  • Expérience sur les outils de diagnostic (PowerShell, Procmon, Registry…)
  • Connaissance des processus ITIL / ServiceNow (Change Management)
  • Compétences en scripting (PowerShell, ligne de commande)
  • Expérience en environnement Workplace et projets d’infrastructure
  • Capacité à communiquer en français et en anglais (niveau B2/C1)
  • Connaissance des outils de gestion et d’administration (PMAD, registry, reverse engineering)

Missions principales :

  • Assurer le RUN SCCM (MCO, suivi des déploiements, reporting, correction des incidents)
  • Gérer l’obsolescence des packages et assurer leur mise à jour
  • Intervenir en support N3 sur les incidents complexes
  • Piloter et coordonner les incidents (N1, N2, N3)
  • Participer aux projets d’infrastructure et de transformation (VDI, Workplace)
  • Gérer les changements (change management)
  • Produire et maintenir la documentation technique (procédures, KB, guides)
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue et à la communication utilisateur
