Descripción del empleo

Se solicita Lider tecnico para desempeñar las siguientes funciones:

- Definir una visión arquitectónica con capacidad de ejecución

- Coordinar y mentorear equipos multidisciplinarios de backend, frontend, QA

- Validar la documentación técnica y asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares

- Fomentar la cultura de buenas prácticas: code review, TDD/BDD, CI/CD y cobertura de pruebas.

- Tomar decisiones sobre stack tecnológico y definir mejores prácticas de desarrollo

- Trabajar junto a Product Owners para alinear objetivos técnicos y de negocio.-

- AWS: diseño de despliegues multi-tenant, integración con servicios (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS, IAM, etc.).

Requisitos

Ruby on Rails (obligatorio) experiencia de 6 años, PostgreSQL, y Redis

RSpec y Jest

React.js, Next.js

TypeScript,

AWS

Docker

Productos SaaS

Arquitectura basados en eventos como AMQP (Advanced Message Queuing Protocol)

Experiencia de 6 años liderando equipos.
