Description du poste

  • Suivi et reporting de projets (tableaux de bord, indicateurs, planning).
  • Participation à la préparation et animation des comités de pilotage.
  • Contribution à l’amélioration des processus internes (documentation, workflows).
  • Veille et benchmark sur les bonnes pratiques PMO.
  • Support aux chefs de projet dans la coordination des activités.

Qualifications

  • Formation : Étudiant(e) en dernière année d’école d’ingénieur, de commerce ou université (spécialisation en management de projet, organisation, systèmes d’information ou équivalent).
  • Compétences clés :Connaissance des méthodes de gestion de projet (PMI, Prince2, Agile, etc.).Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint, éventuellement MS Project ou Jira).Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse.Bonnes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
  • Qualités personnelles : Rigueur, organisation, esprit d’équipe, curiosité et autonomie.
